Curran has wired offices, hospitality venues, retail units and mixed-use developments across Greater Manchester and Cheshire since 1988. From a single shell-fit to a multi-floor refit, every project is supervised by a time-served electrician and signed off on the day of completion.
Each commercial electrical installation job at Curran covers these four areas as standard, scaled to the size of the project.
Main and sub-distribution boards, three-phase supplies, dado trunking, cable basket and tray installations.
LED scheme design and installation, emergency lighting, decorative pendant feeds and lighting control wiring.
Cat6 and fibre containment, server room work coordinated with the IT contractor, and pre-wire for fit-outs.
Floor boxes, dedicated circuits, isolators and final connections for plant, kitchens and specialist equipment.
Yes. Every Curran installation hands over with the relevant test certificates. We also carry out periodic EICR inspections for property managers, landlords and managing agents.
Routinely. The majority of Curran's commercial work is delivered as the M&E electrical package on someone else's programme. We attend pre-starts, produce RAMs and ITPs, and run our own programme inside the main one.
Hotels, restaurants, offices, retail, schools, listed venues and light industrial. References available on request from clients we've worked with for ten-plus years.
Curran covers Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire as a matter of course. Travel beyond on negotiation.
A quick call with Gary is usually enough to establish scope. For anything more involved, we’ll come out to measure up at a time that suits you.
