Yes. Standard end-of-tenancy refurb is priced per unit and usually fits inside a 2 to 4 week void.

Do you handle HMO licensing requirements?

We deliver the building work to HMO licensing standard. The actual licence application is between the landlord and the local authority.

Can you work on occupied blocks?

Yes. Common-parts and external works on occupied blocks are routine — we'll programme around tenants and resident notice requirements.
